What 60db.ai was up against
60db.ai wanted to ship a single developer platform that unified everything voice-AI teams need — TTS, STT, voice cloning, and voice agents — with India-market pricing and India-language coverage that ElevenLabs-class competitors under-serve. The platform had to hit sub-200ms TTS latency, handle 1M+ API calls per day with 99.9% uptime, and feel as polished as proprietary providers. And it had to ship with a real developer portal, not a bolt-on dashboard.
What we built
We built the entire platform: custom multilingual TTS (30 languages, 1000+ voice presets) trained on an 8× H100 cluster; STT front-door using Whisper Large v3 Turbo as LID spanning 40+ languages; voice-cloning pipeline that clones any voice from 3 minutes of audio while preserving emotion and tone; a voice-agent framework with conversation flow, barge-in, and intent handling; the developer portal with playground, docs, SDKs, API key management; pay-as-you-go billing with $10 signup credit; plus the usage dashboard, observability stack, and autoscaling inference behind Triton + vLLM.
