A pre-call enrichment engine that scrapes data from multiple sources, synthesizes a brief for the AI agent, and runs a validation pass before the call is placed — so no call goes out cold.
What Voice-AI platform was up against
Outbound AI voice agents perform far better when they know something about the person they're calling. But that context — firmographic data, intent signals, prior touches, LinkedIn, company news — lives in a dozen places, and pulling it in real time at call-queue speed is non-trivial. Worse, hallucinated or stale data wastes calls and damages brand. The platform needed a reliable, auditable way to assemble and verify call context before every outbound dial.
What we built
We built a multi-source scraper + synthesizer: pluggable adapters for LinkedIn, company websites, news feeds, CRM, and custom enrichment APIs; an LLM-based synthesizer that produces a structured brief; and a validation-run pass that cross-checks critical fields (name, company, role, phone) against multiple sources before the brief is handed to the voice agent. Low-confidence briefs route to a human review queue or get flagged for the agent to verify live. All sources, prompts, and verification scores are logged for audit.
