What RevenueCaptain was up against

RevenueCaptain's team was spending too much time on repetitive revops work — enriching leads, cleaning pipeline stages, triaging inbound, following up on stalled deals. Each task on its own was small; together they were eating the day. Off-the-shelf RevOps tools handled slivers of the problem but didn't orchestrate across them, and adding humans wasn't the answer — the work wasn't high-leverage enough.

02 / The Solution
What we built

We built a task-oriented automation layer that sits on top of their existing CRM and outbound tools. AI agents handle lead enrichment (reusing ideas from our Pre-Call Synthesis engine), pipeline hygiene (stage drift detection, duplicate merging), inbound triage (intent classification + routing), and stalled-deal reactivation with context-aware outreach. Every automated action is logged and reversible; the team controls guardrails per playbook.
